#BringBackOurGirls
One month... One year.... And now two bad solid years for the kidnapped girls.
Can you imagine what those girls have gone through. There's an adage in Yoruba that "Omo eni kú sàn ju omo eni sonù lo."(It's better for ones child to die, than for the child to be missing). Yes imagine the pain and agony the parents are going through, not sure whether their daughters are dead or alive-even if alive, what they are been used for.
Imagine them as your sisters, daughters, friends. They were in SCHOOL when they were kidnapped, not a brothel and now they may have been turned into a sex machine to build an evil army.
It's high time we all stood up, it's high time the government did something and

The Big Picture
THE BIG PICTURE
I was just reading a book and something just came to my mind that I think you will want to know.
I know that most of us have seen a horse, if not a live one, we've seen at least one in a film. And in this post, the Horse will be our case study.
I was just reading a book and something just came to my mind that I think you will want to know.
I know that most of us have seen a horse, if not a live one, we've seen at least one in a film. And in this post, the Horse will be our case study.
STORY TIME: A man has a horse, and treats this horse very badly, he makes this horse work hours without food and still beats this horse anyhow when the horse gets tired and starts working sluggishly. Well horses can be smart sometimes but this man developed a way of making this horse work the more when he his tired. He will tie hay to a stick and protrude it to the face of the horse where the horse can see it and tie the stick to the neck of the horse. This horse will be chasing this hay for hours without catching it.
Now to what I want to say; assuming this horse could see the big and real picture, assuming this horse could see that he his the one moving what he his chasing, assuming he could see that the hay is stagnant but he his the one moving this hay, assuming he could see that he will never catch and consume this hay because as long as he moves the hay will never stop moving, he would have lifted his fore limbs and dismounted this man from himself and trampled upon him and killed him and be free, but no, he can not see the way the situation looks like.
Most of us are like this horse, driven by wicked slave masters. Some habits and people give us hays we can't consume. They use our sweat for their own gains at our detriment. All they do is show us a picture of what we cannot get and we continue to work for these things at our own detriment. All they do is give us things that won't last; things that are insubstantial; things that we are worth more than; but we keep working, we keep serving as slaves for things that don't count.
If only I can see the big picture.
If only you can see the bog picture.
If only they can see the big picture.
Then we will be better than this.
Then we will be free.
Then our lives will have meaning.
Thank you.
